LOCATION:
The Livingston Business Referral Association meets every Wednesday morning from 7am to 8am at Lil' Chef in Brighton, Michigan.
COST:
The LBRA has one of the least expensive memberships costing only $30 per quarter with a one time application fee of $50. This is very competitive compared to most groups that cost around $400 per year.
ATTENDANCE:
For every 6 month term, you are allowed 3 excused absences and 3 unexcused (no call in). We also offer members to take a leave of absence, should the need arise, for reasons such as a family crisis, illness, etc.
MEMBERSHIP:
Criteria for becoming a member of the LBRA is as follows:
- Your business is located in or within a substantial operating distance of Livingston County
- You generate (qualified) leads for other members
- When receiving leads, you respond promptly with fairness and value

- Social activities such as golf outings, baseball games and holiday parties.
OTHER LBRA FACTS:
Every week, one business is allowed approximately 20 minutes to talk about their business to both teach other members in the group what they can offer, but also potentially help others through examples of how they run their business. Generally once a month, there is an open table where we occasionally bring in outside speakers and expert panel speakers. The LBRA supports local charities like Gleaners Food Bank.
